ugly, yes. Noteworthy... hardly We have had fucking orange 1911s and my favorite was that Dungeons & Dragons model with the knight and castle engraved and some silver figurine affixed to the slide like a hood ornament. From practical aesthetics it's hideous, but it's hardly an entry for the hall of shame. |

Every great warrior culture throughout history has decorated their weapons, in one form or another. The beauty of a finely crafted weapon with decorations done by a true artist.. be it a Japanese Sword... or a suit of armor... or a Browning Hipower with a master's engraving on the slide, cannot be denied. The problem here is that this gun was ruined by someone with little skill. |
