Either SIGARMS or Brownells will have the OEM parts.

Brownells is more likely to have the part in stock, while SIGARMS is the way to go if you’re not quite certain of the part number.

Wolff probably makes equivalent springs.  Their springs aren’t any better than SIG’s, but they might make a non-standard weight if that’s what you want.  Brownells also sells Wolff springs.

I haven't tried it yet,  but it looks good......The Sig Service Plan.........all new springs, detailed cleaning and checkup,  AND new Sig night sights installed for $99.    Shipping not included in that, of course

i have done the sig service plan on my 226. DO IT. great deal, and fast turn around. shipped mine had it workd on and got it back in 7 days. shipping is only like 20-30 bucks each way. sig charges 124.95 for the service plus shipping (from them) you pay to ship to them.

I don't remember seeing it when I was looking at getting my 220 factory refinished.
