| I've been looking at some Taran tactical and brass base pads from a company I can't remember. I know people run them to weight the bottom so they drop out easier. I know it also helps with magwells. I have no need to increase my capacity but I was wondering if the added weight of the metal base pads helps add some balance to the gun? I like the feel of heavier guns and am just curious if this is another benefit to metal base pads. I was also considering a stainless steel or tungsten guide rod to add some weight to the front. |
