I have. I like it. It is the least expensive of the factory .50AE loads that I have found. It doesn't have the same performance that the Speer 300gr HP's have (as listed by Magnum Research), but it is good ammo. I get mine here: Ammunition2go |

Not really. I ordered my Hornady from Cheaper than Dirt at $20.76 per box. I just rechecked the price and it is now $20.02 per box but out of stock. I am glad I ordered a case it when I saw it.
In any case, they have some Speer in stock for $34.34,, or $32.62 if you are a member. The Hornady Ammo is satisfying to shoot. Great bargain too on new ammo. The commercially sol Speer seems the same as the MR boxed ammo from Speer. The Miwall Ammo (Outdoor Marksman on the web) feels the same as the Hornady. But if you are looking for a crowd pleaser as well the Miwall ammo has a LOT more flash. Good for videos. :-) |
