[ARCHIVED THREAD] - another Apex FSS

Has anyone recently installed a FSS. I now have two and i installed my second one last week. The question im asking is if someone can put a trigge pull gage on theirs because my newest trigger pul is obviously heavier than my old FSS. Is there any info on a possible change in anything in the kit? maybe just tolerences in the gun. Thanks.

People could better assess what's going on if you could get a trigger weight gauge and measure the triggers.

I installed one about two weeks ago. Took it to the gunsmith and was told it measured at 4.25#

What is yours measuring at?

My FS 45 pulls at 5 pounds. The gun had only 100 rounds thru it when i changed. My well worn FS9 pulls @ 3 pounds.
