| Iam getting ready to go on vacation to md .It does not for my cpl ,from what i can tell anyways.If i locked the gun up while md would i be safe ? I which they would just make it federal .it would be a lot easier .but that will never happen after what that physo did in colorado |

I think he's going from MI to MD but his CCW/CCP permit is not recognized by MD and wants to know if locking it up will keep him in compliance while there.
Most states as long as its unloaded and in a locked case, its ok, though some require the case not be immediately accesible to occupants, and the firearm must otherwise be legal. The MD boys could probably give you specifics try posting on their hometown forum. And yes please try to make it easier to read and understand, take your time, proofread. |

A co-worker got nailed in Baltimore some years back…
At his hearing, he had a sharp Judge with little paticence for the bungling of Baltimore’s Finest. They had misspelled his name so badly on the complaint that the Judge suggested to him that, since there was no one of that name in the court room, he should just go back to PA 
He lost his pistol but got away with only a good scare!!! Another co-worker kept a boat at Baltimore. They found his body at a nearby construction site and never found who did it… VA, PA & DE are the places I go! |
