It's also compensated.  But there is nothing saying that any Glock can't shoot full auto, you might run into problems, but you might not.

I have shot several of the different Glock models with a conversion similar to this.  One of my friends is a Class III dealer and Class II manafacture.   He actually makes these conversion kits for sale (They are all post 86 so can't get one obviously)
It is pretty cool lighting off a 15 round burst out of a G22.  Aim several feet in front of the target and let the gun walk up to it.

Very cool, but not very practical.

The Glock 18 is built a lot heavier, my dept has two, we tested them for our SWAT team. They work but are un controable. They are fun to play with though.
