looking for a holster for the 3" micro.  they sell one for the colt defender, figured itd work.  i know the slide on the micro is beveled, but the width should be about the same as the colt.  anyone used this application.

I bought their "Cozy Partner" model for my Micro. First class holster, IMO. It has a flap extension that prevents the hammer spur from digging into your side; good engineering.

I bought an XD 40 with 3"barrell. I've done quite a bit of research online. I'm going to do the obligatory Fobus holster and a good leather holster. You need to identify the type of holster you want, then the style.  For my Fobus I want a paddle holster (SP11). You can view all their styles at www,fobusholster.com. For the leather holster I prefered the Don Hume H720 tac.  Go to www.donhume.com. You can key in the XD sub compact as your weapon. My choice is "high carry" in each holster. No shoulder holster, no forward tilt, no cross draw, and no in the back. I have many more manufacturers from my online search. I looked for an exact model match.  Good Luck.

got the belt scabbard i think its called.  fits perfect.  a little long to accomodate the officers, didnt want a slide to wear the finish.  looked at the fobus, the desantis was $30 cheaper.  if using a thumb break must carry hammer down.
