Other than the PXT in the new guns, what parts are para specific (different from a single stack)? Obviously the trigger but what else?

Mag catch, Main spring housing, and para/Clark ramped barrel comes to mind.
As for the firing pin block, it's colt design, so at standard 80 slide filler block will allow you to remove all of the FPB parts to by pass it.
