Can Glock 22 15rd mags run ok in glock 23 pistols? Im assuming so. but I just want to be %100 before I buy some.

Yes, and they work fins in 27s too.

As a rule Glock's larger-capacity mags will work in smaller-framed same-caliber models.

FWIW I usually keep a G19 15-rd mag loaded in my HD G19. All the reload spare mags are G17 mags for the extra rounds.

You could absolutely do the same with G22 / 23 mags.

They also make spacers to fill the gap between the grip and mag floor plate.

Absolutely.

Most of the mags I have for my G23 are G22 mags. Never a problem. Sometimes carry it that way even, always use them for spares.

I carry a Glock 22 mag as backup for my 23. 28 rounds total.

I have an older one that can't be filled all the way for some reason. The ones I have that have a little 1 in the bottom right and the ambicut on the leading edge work better.
