| Found a Glock 17 @ gander mountain, used, night sights, 2 17 round mags for 359. I had a 100 gift card and figured I couldn't go wrong. Only pistols I have ever shot have been my sig 229 in .40 and 1911 in .45. I must say I really like the way the pistol shoots, nice trigger, very accurate, and very smooth recoil. |

That's an awesome deal! Good for you! Yeah, G17's sweet, ain't it! Handles real well compared to those two other pistols, doesn't it. There is something to be said about the whole concept of being able to get easy, quick accurate hits on target, fast. 9mm shines in this respect. And 17+1 rnds on tap is very nice. Congrats. Great gun. Why, there's a G17 in my holster right this very moment. Now go get a 33 rnder, and rapid fire it!
