Feels fine.  I've got a Pearce +1 mag extension so my pinky fits on the grip, but there's still not much real estate.  It is what it is, and I'm satisfied/stuck with it.

Try a 19 or 23 instead.  See which feels more natural in your hand.

The sub guns kick more noticeably than the G19/G23 but its not awful. A G23 to me is quite tame compared to my MK9 or my full size Kimber. The baby Glocks have muzzle flip and a finger extension helps a lot.

I'm a LEO and I carry a Gock 27 every day off duty.  I have been carrying concealed for over 32 years and I think the 27 is the best all around gun I've carried considering power and being concealable.  I previously carried S&W 3913, Detonic's 45, Walther PPK and PPK/s S&W model 469, 6904, 39-2, 60 and a Colt Combat Commander.  After carry the aforementioned  guns the only reason I'd get the Glock 27 over the 23 is if you are going to carry the pistol in an ankle holster.  The butt of the pistol is usually the hardest part to conceal.  If you put a plus 1 grip/mag  extension on the G-27 the length of the grip is almost the same as the 23.  For ankle carry I use the flat bottom mag in my G-27.  I find the 23 and 27 have the same accuracy and recoil.  It all depends on what you are going to use the pistol for.  Glocks are very reliable, corrosion resistant and accurate.  One of the most simple pistol designs ever.  The Maytag washer of pistols.  Only issue I've ever had with my Glock 27 is the mag springs take set and will not always lock the slide back on the last round.  No  big deal all you have to do is buy to springs or mags.  Since going to Glock several years ago I've had no desire to carry anything else.  As you can see I've used and shot a bunch of different guns since I started carrying a gun in 1976.

that why i was looking into the glock 27 it compact and has enough power. i was worry about the recoil but i look into the muzzle for it. i already add the 1+mag extension

I liked my G27 just fine. I've sold it , but that was more of a situation where I also own a G26 and wanted to use the proceeds from the 27 towards another goodie. The 27 does kick noticably more than the 26 however. Another good thing is the G27 can accept a conversion bbl for more affordable practice and versatility. I really like the Milt Sparks VM2 holster as well.

Have Fun.

Here is a pic of My 27 sitting on top of My 23.  You'll notice w/ the mag extension it ends up being almost the same as the 23.

I find the 27 w/ the standard flat mag a bit too short for ME.  I can only get my middle finger and about 1/2 of my ring finger on the grip while @ the range.  If I try to grab from an IWB I usually get less.

If the gun fits your hand, they are nice little units.  I have no plans on selling mine, but I don't carry it and rarely shoot it.

I carry my 27 almost every day.  I live in Texas, and it gets very hot!!!  I like it because I can run around in shorts and T-shirt, and never have any problem with it showing up.  It has taken me a while to get used to the recoil, but after a year I don't really notice it.

There is a +0 extension.

If muzzle flip bothers you, try a box of 180 grain JHP.  They flip less.

The 27 has the best power to weight ratio I've found.

Dude, take the time to properly type a sentence. Avoid looking into the muzzle...

? My G27 recoils less than my G22. Probably the most accurate of all of them....
