going to add a plastic front sight to my glock I was wondering if I have to use lock tite. If so what no. lock tite should I use.
Its' the screw type front sight.

I always use blue loctite when installing front sights. I think the better question is WHY would you want to install a plastic front sight?

The front sight was free. Later down the road I am going to look into steel sights. When I bought the pistol from my buddy he wanted the night sights back. He did knock $100 off of the pistol.
