Not to change the subject, but has anyone used the "reducing ring" (by Glockworx) to facilitate use of standard guiderod and recoil spring in Gen 4?

Tried one but didn't see any real difference between it and at $20 trigger job (LW connector, Comp trigger spring, and 25¢ trigger job) so I passed.

What are the benefits of this?  Seems pricey.

Looks to be Talon grips, instead of stippling.  I can see a faded "T" on the top right of the grip.

which ONE exactly did you try?
the regular trigger kit or the aluminum one?

i have the regular $120 kit with plastic Target trigger that i bought a couple years ago, it's worlds better than any connector/spring job i've ever had. Trigger is half as short travel wise and reset is also about 1/2 the distance. All in all a pretty nice feel, while the 3.5lb connector/spring trigger does zero for reset and travel distances.

i'm wondering if the plastic trigger i have is so good, how much better could the aluminum one feel? It's a lot more but it also comes with some extras, lightened striker plunger etc...

just wondering about the alum trigger itself if it's as light/crisp as they claim...

IDK about the GlockWorks trigger but the 3.5 Ghost Rocket connector significantly decreases overtravel and reset distances.

That's a worn Talon grip tape job
