I have a Navy Arms .45 colt revolver with a hair trigger. Is there an adjustment for this? It is an original 3-screw type.
Thanks, Tim

chances are someone tweaked it. You will need to take it to a smith to have the parts either replaced or fitted.

The only "adjustment" is a gunsmith stoning the engagement surfaces to change the angle slightly.
Is the gun new or well used? If it's new, send it back. If it's well used, it may be time to replace the hammer or trigger... or both depending on wear.
