ETA: I like them. several thousand rounds each through my old mans C9 and my 995; my bro has a .40 that occasionally jammed when he first got it but settled in after a few boxes of ammo and now has no hitches; my buddy's dad has a C9 with no problems. By and large, everyone I know (either in "real life" or on gun boards) who has ever owned one or shot one likes them, those who haven't owned or shot one are ambivalent at best but usually hate them. ETA2: The Hi Point forum has some honest folks on it who will give you the low-down. Mostly good experiences on there, but they generally don't hesitate to share if/when there are issues. |
