I'm looking at a ITAC paddle holster the HK Parts had listed for my USP45 fs. My question is how is the quality and how well do they perform compared to say a safari land or comp-tac? Going to be used for CC once WI gets evry thing together and also some OC.
I have one of Safarilands paddle kydex holsters for a Glock 35 and it is well made but about three times the price. Personally if I am carrying off duty I do not like it to be something others know so I prefer an inside the pants holster with no thumb snap. If you want a plastic holster look at the Blade Tech ones I just bought one of those for my son and he likes it. Also the Remora holsters are very user friendly and reasonably priced. http://remoraholsters.com/
I didn't see any thing offered for HK USP 45fs on blade tech's site. Seems to be more limited options with this fire arm. I use to have a serpa for my old 1911 which I liked how it carried was able to draw from it. I have a kydex for my G19 but am still not use to the draw from it-guess I got use to the old style holsters..... Main reason for the paddle style is I don't always have on a belt/clothes that can take a belt. The ITAC I noticed can be put to a belt (belt loop attachment) or used as a paddle style. More concerned about the quality since I haven't heard much on them or handled one.
