had this thing for years finally shot a box of ammo out of it. Very accurate but not my cup of tea. Going to sell it but what would be fair any of you seen any sell lately, it has a 6 inch barrel and large grips. Does $500 ish sound out of line?
I have only 1 other smith and that is my bodyguard and I will be buried with it but I have no like for this 22. any help is welcome. thanks Jim |
| Don't sell it. One day you will want to teach your kids, or maybe grand kids to shoot a handgun and it will be a jewell for that. I have held on to my 17-2 for precisely that reason. My oldest grandson will likely get it one day. The new S&Ws cannot compare in smoothness or quality to the old. |

Keep it oiled, pack it away if you must but NEVER sell it!
