Oh...try this...hold the gun tighter. I know it might sound dumb but the gun is going to have more recoil since it is lighter and if you have any flex whatsoever in your wrist, the gun will not feed. Try it and see if that helps to.

it only fails on the last round in the mag, it is like the mag doesnt have the power to push up the rear of the case, it seems like the mag follower should have a convex shape on it to simulate an extra round.

does it do it when you have one in the mag and you try to chamber it? Without shooting

If it does try to see if the bolt or slide is hitting the follower in the mag

it is not hitting the mag, i can gently side the side forward and watch what happens, the round strips off the mag and runs the feed ramp, the nose of the round hits the top of the chamber but fails to feed into it, the rear of the case is just at the end of the lips of the mag.  it seams like if the round was higher in the mag, as if another round was under it, it would be ok.  now this only happens on the last round, no other failer anytime.  even cannot hit the side forward to chamber the round, it locks in at a 45 deg. angle, stuck at the feed lips on the mag and the nose just behind the chamber.

try making your mag follower have a little more heigth to it so it pushes the bullet up farther.

Try loading one round less and see if it works good...Just an idea
