I just have purchased a P32 and like it so far.  It isn't very accurate, but then again, it wasn't meant to be either.  I bought some Federal hydra-shock ammo for it.  have any of you had any issues w/ this ammo/pistol combo?

what do you expect for accuary out  a 2" barrell?

the gun isn't a target pistol. it's a stick in the ribcage and dump the magzine pistol.

I call my P32 a "nostril gun".... I carry it more often than all my others combined, because its so small... if I didnt have it, I would carry a lot less.  I got it long ago when it first came out, and followed KTOG pretty closely back then.  The conventional wisdom there at that time was that HP's in that size gun will not get enuff velocity to expand and penetrate reliably.  There was also some issue with Overall Length of the cartridge needing to be just so-so on them.  Therefore, I've carried S&B and Aguila FMJs in it since day one, and it is reliable.  Check out this test:

Good Luck and welcome to the mouse-guns!

I tried a lot of different ammo (including hydroshocks) in my P32 before I found something it liked.  Mine did best with Speer Gold Dot 60 grain GDHP's.

I run Federal Hydra-shock and Speer Gold-dot in mine and they both run perfect.

I can shoot a smiley face at 5 yard with my P32 one handed.  The trigger will break in and you will get use to the grip.  You can also do 10 round mags for a full size grip.

I run Federal Hydra-shock thru mine with no issues.
