I have a BlackPoint Tactical Mini Wing IWB for my Shield and a Leather Wing OWB for my fullsize P320. I love their holsters.

They are spendy, but the Mini Wing carries comfortably for me... And they are one of the few makers that have dedicated P320 holsters and not P250/P320...

Believe it or not, the p320 will fit in a milt sparks summer special 2 made for the hk usp 45 compact. They have similar slide profiles. I found this out by accident.

Also the cz p07 will fit the same holster.

I bought an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 2.0 for mine. I like it so far. It's bigger than my MTAC, but I find its a bit more comfortable.
