I just got my Surefire MR-09 rail adaptor for my USP45 Tactical.  I followed the instructions on how to attach it and even used blue loctite on the two machine screws.  However, when I mounted My M6X to the unit, I noticed that the whole assembly shifts back and forth about one mm on the pistol's universal rail.  The M6X fits very securely to the SF rail, but the rail itself moves.  Do I need to shim it somehow?  The screws are torqued down as tight as they will go.

Never heard of that problem as long as the mount is attached properly.

Worst case, try putting a little thin peice of duct tape in the rail.  Its a rig...but it would probably tighten that thing up for ya.

Make sure you did not get the rail for the compact instead of the rail for the fullsize
