I was asked to look at a s&w model SW40VE I am i glock armorer and it looks like a glock knockoff, the problem is a serious feed issue, the gun jams with the round sticking nose forst into the feedramp instead of feeding up the feed ramp, I tried flat tip ball ammo and hp ammo, both did the same
is there a repair this gun needs or a part upgrade or does it only use certain ammo? it is a safe queen with approx 150-200 rds through it since new and the gun is clean i did a complete armorer type tear down and nothing jumps out as broken or worn |

well i did some digging online and it looks like this is a later version sigma? which is supposed to be a real cheap copy of a glock that in order to make it work right you need to polish a bunch of parts due to poor finish machining?
I saw mention of the mag and the feedramp on the barrel for theis issue somewhere but nothing real definite |
