a glock has a serial number TMWXXX; when was it made , and what generation is it?
it's a Glock 30. |

If it's a Gen 4 it will say "Gen 4" on the left side of the slide right behind the "30". Otherwise it's a Gen 3. I believe that serial # would place it around the end of 2012 or maybe early 2013. it's a gen 3; the date is what I really was looking for. thanks. |

I take it you do not have the box or anything else My G26 is TFW### and that was around 6/12 EDIT - Just checked one of the serial lists, there is a G30SF TMWXXX listed and it's "Born Date" is 7/12 Arfcom comes thru again! thanks where did you find that number? I searched for a bit online and never came up with the TWW-series. |

There are a couple places that have serial databases compiled from other users. The Glock Talk one hasn't been updated for a while (the original owner of the thread doesn't have time)
