If u want to waste some time and see how kahrs are made and the 6 patents that kahr holds on thier guns, go to google. hit on U.S.. Patents and then run the 6 patents numbers that are listed inside every kahr owners manual. I thinik this will give you some goodi nsight into the design and engineering of these polymer guns. Many have thought those two front steel rails were flimsy. the patent on those rails shows a one peace skeloton webb design totally inbedded inside the polymer grip. this not only gurantees it can never move but also give that front dust cover area much strength. The back two steel rails are also one peace inbedded within the polymer grip also. In essance THEY AIN'T GOING ANYWHERE..
Their trigger bar patent and striker desing patent is every unique. to me makes me feel better about paying alittle more for a quality handgun.. |
