I think the 9130L 9mm's were all set up with ramped barrels from the factory, so I would say no, you won't find a .22 conversion kit for it. If you do find one that will work or mod one to work, you may run into issues with the ejector (remove it or remove/replace with a .45 ejector) as I believe all .22 conversion kits are made to run on non-ramped frames set up for .45.
