One of my managers has a PM9 with approx. 1500 rounds through it and in really good condition. What is it worth?

If it standard with no night sights or DLC finished slide, I would think $400 would be a fair price if both magazines come with it and the gun is not 4 to 8 years old.  One can find new PM9 for around $ 575 stock. Ask if you can take it to the range and shoot 50 runds of fmj out of before you make your decision to buy. It must work perfectly and you must feel comfortable with it.  Kahrs are not the easiest guns to shoot deadnut accurate IMO, Shoot 7 yards and under and se ehow you like the estetics of the gun and the looooooong but totally smoothe trigger system.

I own a PM9 and feel it is the best gun i have ever carried, but that being said, I don't shoot it as accurate as I would like to either. But it is one hell of a gun and a shooter and in my pocket 24/7 and thatis what matters more than anything. The worlds most accurate gun, if it  is sitting home in the drawer is just not much daily protection....My 2 cents.

Thanks. i agree with alot you have said. I haven't shot this particular pm9 but have shot them before. I believe it is a year old and new pm9's up here are going for around $640 no frills. I want this gun for my summer carry

I'd say $500 or less and your getting a good deal. They can be found new for under $600. Used ones on GB go for $525-550. 1500 rounds means he broke it in for you. Maybe I should talk to him. Send over his number and I'll see what I can do...lol

PM9's are great CC guns.

Indeed, he has broken it  in for you.  1500 rounds is absolutley nothing for a kahr.  My PM9 has over 25,000 rounds through it and it is still tight as helland goes bang every time. Best CCW I have ever owned but it is y range shooter to, as I just really love shooting my PM9. Some peopel find that  strange but it is jy 24/7 carry peace and I want to know it inside and out.  My K9 crys when I go to the range anymore..

I think that's a fair deal.

I got an unusually good deal on my PM9. I bought it used with 50-100 rounds through it and basically no wear for $500.

When I got it home and took it apart I noticed the recoil spring was in backwards. I think the guy sold it to me so cheap because he didn't think it was working properly. It wasn't even broken in yet! Well, now I've put about another 350 rounds through it and have had no problems (that weren't operator error
).
