More than 80000 downloaded. Claims they will send out permits today. Maybe get them before Thanksgiving.

Meh...I had to download it 4 times because my printer kept messing up and it won't let you save a filled out copy.
So if most people even did it twice, that drops the actual number to half or so... Even at 80k permits that's a small percentage of the states population...which was expected. |

I am pissed off. I had to go downtown so after my meeting, I drove to the Post Office. Was listening to WISN. Pulled in and deposited the envelope. Not 30 seconds later I hear the news blurb that a bunch of people dropped off their app AT the DOJ this morning. And that they might issue the first permit today. Yes, I would have driven directly to Madison had the envelope still been in my hand.  |
