I've been curious with the opposition status and just read an NRA/CRPA lawsuit was filed on 6-17-2010, and an injunction is to follow shortly or has been submitted. Anything else to oppose this bill? |

AFAIK, there are currently 3 lawsuits against AB962.
The NRA/CRPA suit mentioned, The Calguns foundation suit, http://wiki.calgunsfoundation.org/index.php/OOIDA_v._Lindley and a third one as well that I don't recall the specifics of, was an ammo manufacturer/distributor IIRC. |
