I'm looking at getting an AK and it seems like I would be better able to get exactly what I want by buying the pieces and building it myself. Aren't there special tools needed to do this? If so does anyone local have these tools and I could pay someone to do this for me? Seems like I saw a topic about this here not too long ago...
