Does anyone have a DIY threading kit with the die and alignment tool for threading AK barrels that I can borrow?

The problem with threading a lot of AK's is that the bore and the barrel are not aligned.  You have to cut the threads concentric to the bore.  My understanding is that this is not as easy as threading any other barrel where you know that the bore is centered in the barrel.

Is this for the aforementioned SAR-1? Not enough metal there to thread it. The threads were ground when they were imported. You could thread it 1/2x28, but I don't think its worth it.

The only correct way to do it is to buy a mil-spec romy barrel and have the barrel replaced. It requires removing the trunnion from the receiver so I would cost at least $100 unless you do it yourself.
