[ARCHIVED THREAD] - A trust for your ClassIII items?

Anyone here using a trust for your class III items?

if so did you fill out the trust yourself using something like Quicken Will Maker or did you have a lawyer fill it out for you?

Anyone recommend a layer in the central Arkansas area?

I have been doing a lot of searching on this and have come up with as many pros as cons for using a lawyer vs some do it your software.

I did one on a program here at the house, but havent put anything into it yet so I am planning on having a lawyer redo one for me because the BATFE is taking a closer look at the trusts nowadays.

I used an attorney to do mine a few years ago. I only have a few items so far.

I've called a few around town and no one can give me an estimated cost. They all want me to come in and talk with them.

I know you pay for what you get but it's hard to pay 2K for a $500 suppressor or SBR. I guess If I were adding a $15,000 M16 or something I would not have a problem with it.

O well I guess I just need to come off it and make it happen.
