Even thou I wasn't expecting much the show was very disappointing. What happen to the days when you could get good deals at show, not pay more than what Dicks or BGC charges.

It was very cramped, a lot of AR's and AKs at ok prices, probably what you would get if you ordered and paid a $25 transfer fee, no body selling reloading stuff which is why i went. Ok amount of ammo but again, prices were nothing special, I'm actually ordering form ammotogo.com and with shipping it will still be cheaper. Was also looking for another cheap AR lower but the cheapest was CMMG fo $109, almost nothing used and almost no hand guns. Was looking for a shot gun to but nothing that was priced right.

If you guys are expecting internet pricing at a gunshow yer outta your f ing mind, you gotta get realistic. There were some decent prices at the show but apparently not what you were looking for.
Some guy bought a Calico 9mm for a good price. $99 Mosin nagants. $15 preban usgi mags, those are a couple things I saw that come to mind.

before the internet, you used to get great deals at gun shows. No reason that shouldn't' still be true. Matter of fact some of the gun show prices were better than what i could get when I had an FFL. I think people are getting greedier and greedier.

The simple answer is:
If you like shows and/or are looking for decent fair deals then you might find something. It has a good vendor setup, prebans, hunting, ammo, etc.

If you're a gunshow hater then stay home and save yourself the torture from the disappointment and wasting your time, gas and door fee for not finding the big score on below dealer cost deals and sub internet pricing, there's no dealers there spending a ton of money on expenses to do the show and then sell their goods at a loss. (but I did see a few things that were close)
One guy has some preban rifles, other guy has lowers and saigas and alot of in between.Theres a guy with Garands and I will say he is really high but primo stuff.
Skip the Ward Rd Tonawanda show, it is ALWAYS a joke, a couple friends went anyway and were in/out in 10 minutes.
