Well, I'm almost done with my first AR build. I just need to put the barrel onto the receiver. My armorers wrench should be here any day. Now I just need an upper receiver action block to install the barrel. I really don't plan on doing another build and would rather save the $40. Does anyone around South East MI have an action block I could borrow or rent? I promise I'll take good care of it. All help appreciated. Thanks. |

<––- Has installed dozens of AR bbls over the years.
<––- Thought he didn't need an action block since he never screwed anything up in the past. <––- Crushed his friend's upper using improper equipment and technique. <––- Finally bought an action block. (...and a new upper for his friend. )
Moral of the story: You may get away with cobbling something out of wood, but why risk it? |
