Anzio makes a bolt action in 14.5×114 mm, which is russian anti-tank round. It meets the NFA definition of a DD so it requires a stamp, but doesn't meet the NJ definition of one. I've always been tempted to try to buy one just as a FU to NJ and to be quite possibly the only private individual in NJ with a legally owned DD.

It doesn't say 60 inches.
Not unlike 60 percent is .60, 60 caliber is .60, right?

I would argue it's not the same. Caliber is traditionally expressed in inches, "percent" is literally "one hundredth". So "60 percent caliber" would sort of be an accurate way of describing ".60 caliber" but not "60 caliber".
