Got to start them young. This young Man never fired a weapon in his short life of 12 years old.

However He is a video game shooter. He needed little or no instruction as to how to safely handle a rifle or pistol. He knew where the safety was on each weapon and how to load and insert a magazine. And yes He never once called them clips!!!

I was deeply impressed and felt good about the next generation of shooters.

Your right about these kids who play video games.  Thay already know what a good sight picture is and they really enjoy shooting some of the guns they play with on line with the exception that they aren't full auto.  It's kind of scary how much these kids know about guns.

Well done lugerman, great pix. If I may, where'd you get such a nice AK? And the 15 round magazine? I've got an SGL, but I'm in the market for an AKM...

lol...not to knock on your kids or Lugerman's but....

If there is one thing that bugs the shit out of me is kids who think they know about weapons and shooting just because of how much experience they have playing Call of Duty or other video games. Sure they know the name of the weapons and possibly how to load each of them (Not rocket science) but as far as how to properly handle the thing...ive seen some fucking shit let me tell you.

There were kids in SOI that were like "Fuck man, this isnt anything like Call of Duty" once they actually were taught infantry tactics and how it all goes down for real. Ive also heard, "This thing sucked in Call of Duty, i rather use...." because they are basing the weapon off of the amount of "damage" the guns statistics ingame. Ive also never seen so many ND's and AD's in my life when it comes with buddy/squad rushes. I swear if you heard some of the other things people said, i bet your future selves would be rolling in your graves.

But Lugerman, it looks like you have yourself a winner, glad his mind isnt corrupted. As long as your teaching him, he should be good to go in no time

It's was an unfired kit I bought back in 2003 from Global Trades. They had some perfect Polish Arsenal 11 AKM's back then for $279.00. These were the cream of the crop. No finish wear at all. It's was built by AKUSA using an OOW receiver. The four piece furniture set came directly from Poland.

The 15 round waffle mag. was from PK90. I did a small experimental run a few years ago. I don't believe he converted very many.

This is great.  I started teaching safe handling to my daughter when she was three with a Cabelas bolt action toy rifle.  She knows to keep it pointed in a safe direction and how to check to see if its loaded.  I'm looking forward to when she's old enough to take to the range.

Took my 18 year old step grandson to the range for his first time live fire. Video game freak, freshman college student. Thought he was going to have an orgasm firing the M-4. He did well for a first time shooter

For some reason, all the bullpup designed weapons feel very quirky in the game whereas traditional styled rifles are more balanced.

Well im sure they realize most of them are the same caliber but if they all had the same damage then what is the point of having a variety of weapons to choose from? That pretty much fucks with kids minds because they base their weapon knowledge off of that
