The Jefferson County Sheriffs dept. bought Dodge Chargers and they HAUL ASS! Problem is some of the Deputys think it's OK to run 100mph+ on I-81

My local PD has a Mustang GT.  They paid like 8K for it at an auction.  I think it was seized in a drug raid.
