What are the differences between Washington vs Arizona residence taxes and benefits of claiming AZ vs WA.

If your talking about income tax, Washington doesn't have one.  Only sales tax. If you were to maintain primary residency in Washington and a second home in AZ, I don't think that AZ can touch your income! But I'm not an accountant or lawyer.
