I want to get a suppressor, but this is something I have 0 experience in. Just had a couple questions.
1. What is the best way to set up a gun trust/cost etc in ks? 2. Can multiple people be under the same trust? If I set up a trust, can I list my brother and dad as a trustee? and will that just enable them to be in possesion of the class III item, or would they be able to purchase their own and put them under the same trust? 3. Is it legal to hunt in KS with a suppressed rifle? 4. I have heard there is a pretty significant turn around to get the ok, is that for each Item? say I buy a rifle suppressor now, and next year I decide I want a pistol suppressor, do I have to go through that process again? any help would be appreciated, this is out of my realm and I am trying to get an idea of whether or not it is worth all the hassle. |
