And does anyone know anyone working in BR who manages the site? Because it is currently bad. Someone up there is selectively editing the laws on concealed carry and making the appear contrary to actual law----e.g., the law clarifying that you can carry while attending a parade is flat out gone, the permitless carry law still seems to suggest you have to be military or former military to be able to CC without a permit, etc. |

| Well, after complaining to Cameron Henry's office, 40:1379.3 is now updated about parades, but 14:95 still devotes a huge chunk chunk of text to the old 95.M law, making it look to a quick read that permitless carry still only applies to current or former military, despite that having been repealed. |
