Since moving to Best Virginia last May I’ve only purchased one firearm and only completed one EForm 1 for an SBR since the stamps went to $0 in January. Was hoping to see good results of the cases that were ruled on last week and excited to see they appear to have tipped in our favor. Huge thread in GD, but has anyone in here purchased a suppressor sans Form 4 yet? @Bubbles I know you’re waiting for word from ATF. You’re also just down the mountain from us (we’re near Shadowhawk) so I’d like to do some business with you if/when you’re able. |

The few FFL's who have heard back from ATF are being told that nothing has changed. Silencer Shop is shipping cans on F3 which means they end up in the local transfer FFL's inventory. I think most buyers are using the SS kiosk to purchase which means SS is submitting the F4 and waiting until it's approved before shipping the suppressor. So there is an approved F4, it's just that the local FFL isn't submitting it. |

Park Center in Rainelle posted yesterday that this morning. (9/2/2026) They will be starting to sell cans over the counter with GOA membership and 4473. If I wasn't working today and already have plans after work. I'd be heading that way. Thursday after work will be heading that way! |
