Charter pipeline service has been terrible in my area (Birmingham) lately, just wondered if anyone else is experiencing any issues as well. I am literally re-booting my modem daily and sometimes several times a day for the last couple of months. Every time I call tech support I get the "we are experiences outages in your area, and tech support is working on it" line. When I do get someone out to the house, it always works well when they show up, as it tends to run pretty well from 8-5........ This is driving me nuts...... |

If I could get my Charter internet to work I would know what was wrong. Until then I just know that I'm getting a "Security Warning" then an " authentication certificate error". Then Charter Tells me that my computer must have a virus or spyware and it is my computer that is at fault, they cannot help me. So then I borrowed my Brother in laws computer. I hooked it up and it tells me the same thing! I guess I'm going to have to try getting the technician out there, but I'm worried that his laptop will get right on and then I'll end up stranded. |
