Last time I did a ride along with TPD was circa 1997 and it was a requirement of Tulsa 911. I have several friends and some former co-workers who are TPD. I work with some retired TPD and my job has me interacting with active TPD from time to time. Actually, I thought about doing a ride along with them last year when I found out that CLEET will give 8 hours of continuing education credit to armed security guards for filling out the correct form and then doing a ride along with TPD. If any of you are CLEET ASG's and are interested, let me know and I'll send you the paperwork. |
