Paid him for a troy flip up sight on September 24th. haven't heard from him since. I have located him on several other forums using a different user name (DropEmInDe ). he is using all the same email and contact info on all the forums.

Hey Ed, gotta love and hate that Real Property Data Sheets you can get online.  Then you get deed references and can pull them up online sometimes.  Very convenient for people doing work or research but can be scary in the wrong hands.

I used both sites a few years ago when moving into a new neighborhood....first used Md's taxation website to learn the homeowners' names around me, then ran those names through casesearch and the sex offender registry.

The only weird hits I kept getting were on the name of "Norton"
