Hello one and all,

Anyone ever hear of a company by the name of “FinancialEmergency.com” ? ?    Think it is based out  of the Dayton, Ohio area and appears to owned/operated by a guy by the name of Mike Brotherton.

I have a friend of mine that spends waaaay to much and now has his butt in the wringer.  Not only behind on his house payments (several months ! ! ), but also car payments and credit card payments.  Friend contacted this guy, via the internet, and this guy claims “I can work MIRACLES  ! ! ! “   and “no need to contact an attorney or file for bankruptcy – I can do it and save EVERYTHING! !”

I asked my friend about the cost involved, and he quits talking.

I have a feeling my friend is being taken for a ride by this guy.   So . . . what should I tell my friend ? ?   I think he should see a "real" attorney  ! Hate to see him loose his home and all . . . .

Thanks  !

Negotiating on your behalf may help with the plastic, but for house and car, just go bankrupt with relative grace instead of paying more service charges to delay the inevitable.

man, get him some legal help, pronto.

once the Sheriff's gavel comes down at a public auction of the homestead, not much you can do (yeah, yeah, equity of redemption notwithstanding).

talk to a bankruptcy lawyer, man. these creditors ain't fooling around these days.
