Hello one and all, Anyone ever hear of a company by the name of “FinancialEmergency.com” ? ? Think it is based out of the Dayton, Ohio area and appears to owned/operated by a guy by the name of Mike Brotherton. I have a friend of mine that spends waaaay to much and now has his butt in the wringer. Not only behind on his house payments (several months ! ! ), but also car payments and credit card payments. Friend contacted this guy, via the internet, and this guy claims “I can work MIRACLES ! ! ! “ and “no need to contact an attorney or file for bankruptcy – I can do it and save EVERYTHING! !” I asked my friend about the cost involved, and he quits talking. I have a feeling my friend is being taken for a ride by this guy. So . . . what should I tell my friend ? ? I think he should see a "real" attorney ! Hate to see him loose his home and all . . . . Thanks ! |

man, get him some legal help, pronto. once the Sheriff's gavel comes down at a public auction of the homestead, not much you can do (yeah, yeah, equity of redemption notwithstanding). talk to a bankruptcy lawyer, man. these creditors ain't fooling around these days. |
