I just left AR Bunker in Newnan. Seemed a bit pricy but was really crowded.
Should I return? |
| some guys here like them, i have run across them at gunshows and they had nice stuff. their prices are what they are. the reason i walked away from their table was the fact they had LPK kits labeled as LMT. i was told by LMT that they didn't sell LPK's, when i had made a call to them about a 10.5 upper having cycling issues. this has been several years back, maybe things have changed, but i don't like things mislabeled like that, gunshows are full of that crap to take advantage of buyers that don't know any better. maybe someone has some more current news on them |

Did you like the experience, customer service, products and prices? If so, then yes! They were friendly although I heard a guy behind the counter telling a story about AD's shooting holes in the floors of HUMMERS because of really light triggers ... Seemed a bit wacky |
| I go by there sometimes if I'm out that way. They certainly think highly of their products. They also go down to Wal-Mart and clean out the ammo cans of 5.56 ammo and mark them up to $199. They're the reason Wally World is almost always out of the Federal ammo cans. |

Seemed a bit wacky I went in there about a year ago and heard a guy at the counter loudly telling a customer similar sketchy-sounding military stories; something about what he had mounted on his rifle for night fighting in Iraq. My memory of it is vague, but I remember thinking it sounded like BS at the time. Who knows - he might be a genuine badass doorkicker, but it didn't come off that way. If you can avoid him, the rest of the place is great. They actually had 7.5x55mm Swiss ammo in stock, when no other gun store in the area that I called had even heard of it. |

I go all the time. Have bought quite few used guns from them over the last two years.
There is one guy who is kinda full of "Gun Store Crap", but the staff overall is great and very helpful. They usually have an ammo deal on the counter everytime I'm in there. I remember them having bricks of Blazer .22 for like 14.99 for a while. i bought a bunch. Now I can find some good plinking 9mm on the counter for like $10.99 a box. (Brass cased) |

I enjoy going in and have had great experiences. I bought my first can there and Lee was very helpful. *I was curious why they were selling the Federal cans of 855 for $199. I bought one a few months back simply because I was not in the market for anything in particular and I had $150 in gift cards there. Lame price and I'll only order it online now, but other than that, AR Bunker is great!
