Saw some of these posted on Craigslist in the Arizona job offers section.Looks like theres some people that are getting fed up with the lousy job offers... Arizona has the best employers around... Get ready to pony up! |

Employers are going to have to learn what it really costs to get good employees. Unskilled kid out of high school who will show up to work costs $12/hr+ workmans comp, unemployment ins.+ payroll taxes. And a real permanent employee gets a living wage +paid holidays and vacation. The days of paying illegals $8/hr under the table is over baby. As an employer who has been paying real Americans a real wage all along, I think this is the greatest thing ever. |
