18 Pa.C.S. subsection 908: - prohibited offensive weapons
Under "Offensive weapons." "...dagger, knife, razor or cutting instrument, the blade of which is exposed in an automatic way by switch, push-button, spring mechanism or otherwise..." so to carry any cutting instrument which can be "automatically" exposed is an M1 in PA |
