You should be able to do it online without your paperwork. I know I've done mine with out the paperwork in front of me. I did have to go outside and get my plate # though

If it is a new reg from out of state you will need to go have an inspection done then go to the tax office so they can give you your plates. Remember to tell the inspection station that your out of state and getting in state registration . In the past they had to complete a green sheet (I think it was green) to take to the tax office for plates. Not sure if it has changed with the electronic method now. |
