I am unable to find where to upload one? I looked under Edit Profile, and can find nothing. Anyone assist?

You have to go to the online store and pay for a membership. It's around $25 a year. Once you join you can upload an avatar in the "Edit Profile" screen. (I seem to remember it takes a couple of days to become active after you purchase the membership)
